Villa 1201 is very clean and comfortable, great location with amazing views. The balcony had great views of Medano Beach, The Arch and the pool. It was large with table for six, a hammock and a BBQ. We enjoyed eating our meals outdoors with great views. We Jet skied, parasailed and took a snorkeling cruise. We recommend the Rissalena for cruising and snorkeling. There were only 8 of us on the boat, unlike the other boats with about 40 people aboard. Great food and drinks (exceptional Bloody Marys). The crew Artemis, Jesus and Lara were wonderful. The grounds at Villa La Estancia are emaculate and very beautiful. Leslie was extremely helpful and provided great information. We look forward to returning."

| >> | "I just wanted to send you a note about our stay at La Estancia the other week in unit 2502. The pictures do not do it justice. The place is absolutely beautiful! The condo was much larger than expected and tastfully decorated and very comfortable. Huge wonderful bathrooms, large full kitchen with everything you need. Just beautiful all around. We used the huge patio every day and night. What a view of Land's End! The grounds are immaculate and the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The General Manager is a true professional. We went through the concierge for all activities, jet ski, parasailing, glass bottom boat, and they were helpful and less expensive than going directly to the vendors themselves. Oscar took great care of us with the ride from the airport, very convenient, and restaurant recommendations. Thanks again Oscar.
A nice quiet and relaxing place for us. It was just what we were looking for. We are in our late thirties, and our parents are retired in their sixties. My parents loved the place as much as we did. They almost bought a place next door actually. They are still talking about it. My sister joined us as well for a much needed relaxation and loved it too. We have been to Cabo many times but this has been the best trip yet. We will be referring you and La Estancia to everyone we talk to about Cabo. We rarely stay in the same hotel twice when we travel but we will definitely be staying there again. Actually, we will be planning our vacation around the availability of that unit. Thank you again for everything.

| >> | "We had such a good time last year at Spring Break, we all had to do it again this year! The weather was great, Villa 1704 is extremely comfortable, and the view is spectacular. The two BR suites with 3 baths was perfect for the 4 of us. The grounds and amenities are flawless -- the staff is friendly and accommodating. It is an outstanding resort. We went deep sea fishing 6 out of the 8 days we were there. It was so good to come home after spending hours bringing in marlin, tuna, snapper and amberjack, and hop into the hot tub or relax with a glass of wine on the balcony and watch the sunset. Then go to one of the resort restaurants where our day's catch had been prepared to our order. The only negative comment I can make is that we just prefer the view and the menu at the Bella California Restaurant on the beach at the sister hotel next door to the restaurant at Villa La Estancia. Leslie is just great, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back again soon!"

Not only did we end up with a fantastic villa, but Leslie provided answers to all my questions about Cabo, from restaurants, to excursions to shopping. She is a wealth of information and she never tired of assisting me. As for the La Estancia, the pool is great for old and young children with extremely shallow and deep parts (plus a great view of Land's End for the adults). The beach is never crowded and the kids had a ball jumping in the waves. The villa was beautiful, large and had every convenience we required. We have traveled all over the Caribbean and Hawaii and I would rank this as one of our best vacations, with accommodations that rank right up there with the top resorts in both places. We will definitely return!!

My family had one of the most pleasant and fun vacations in a long time. The accomodations were just as described (5 star), the facility and services were fantastic. Many times we asked the concierge for specific suggestions and they exceeded our expectations.
We rented a private boat and went snorkeling in Baja Santa Maria, went to a suggested site for a Pacific Ocean sunset, played in the Sea of Cortez on wave runners, swam in the La Estancia swimming pools with pool side lunch service.
Even my 2 teenage children preferred the luxury and relaxation of our villa amenities over the activities of the popular and busy Villa De Palmar next door.
Thank you for making our week in Cabo San Lucas much more then we could have dreamed.

The staff was terrific- very courteous and helpful. The pool area was very nice- clean, well maintained. The view was terrific as well. We found it very convenient to walk down the beach for breakfast and lunch, but we usually drove into town for dinner. We were able to take part in activities like jet-skiing and using water taxis by taking a short walk down the beach but didn't have to have all the vendors right in front of the villa. We took out ATV's which were a blast. And the golf courses are amazing. All in all, a great vacation. We will be back.

The place was unbelievably and absolutely perfect and this is coming from a guy who travels all over the world on business, staying at the nicest five star hotels in Paris, Rio, Seoul, London, Rome, Santiago, etc. As you know I stayed in room 2301 from Feb 10th - 15th with my girlfriend as this was a Valentines Day trip. The view from the room was just as advertised; although I may have wanted to be closer to the beach my view would probably not have been as good.
La Estancia's rooms are perfectly appointed with modern appliances, furniture and all the professional finishing touches (crown molding, door casing, textured paint, accented travertine tile throughout, acid washed marble counter tops, Moen fixtures, etc) that you would expect to find in only the finest homes or five star luxury hotels. Since it is a condo it is ultra spacious, the kitchen, laundry room, pantry, dual vanity bathroom, giant balcony with BBQ and wet bar make you feel like you are at home.
The grounds are immaculate, the large connected yet separate pool area is perfect and the abundance of Jacuzzis (5) never leaves you feeling crowded. The fitness center is very adequate and I should know I work out six days a week at home and abroad.
As if all this wasn't enough I would be remiss if I didn't comment on the location of La Estancia..........PERFECT. Within an easy 15 minute walk of downtown. Walk down the beach and you will hit all the local beach bars within 3 to 5 minutes. Access to all the water sports, water taxis, etc right outside the pool on the beach. We kayaked, jet skied, snorkeled, hiked and did it all but what made it perfect is that you came back to La Estancia and left it all behind, so everything was at arms length while not in your face or at a inconvenient driving distance as in other resorts. Walk 100 feet next door to Villa Palamar and let the kids run wild, hang with the crowds of families, loud music poolside, ping pong, shuffle board, tennis, pool volleyball, shops, etc then quickly come back to Estancia and enjoy your vacation.
The staff is very friendly as well as helpful. Service at the pool side restaurant is good to very good, however, food as in all of Cabo is VERY Americanized.
I've been to Cabo now four times and aside from the prices that are more representative of Manhattan than Mexico it's a fun place to vacation. I've stayed at Dreams, Melia los Cabos, Pubelo Bonito Rose and Blanco and none of them come close to anything La Estanica has to offer; rooms, amenities and location cannot be matched by any resort in Cabo. I will definitely recommend La Estancia to my friends who are thinking of coming to Cabo after I warn them about the prices for golf and food of course. Oh and of course we will be back too, maybe next time with the kids.
