Minimum Stay:
The minimum stay is generally 3 nights. Different minimums may apply during holiday periods and for some Villas.
Occupancy:
Luxury Master Suite: See Listings (Max: 2 adults)
1 Bedroom/2 Bath: Max: 4 (Max: 3 adults)
2 Bedroom/3 Bath: Max: 8 (Max: 6 adults)
3 Bedroom/4 Bath: Max: See Listings (Max: 8 adults)
Availability:
Availability calendars are maintained with the latest bookings. However, there may be a short delay in updates when bookings are particularly heavy. Please verify availability with us by email or phone. Villas will be held only with a reservation deposit.
Rates:
All rates are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Please send a request for specific dates to receive the current rate. Quoted rate will include taxes and service charges.
Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to the start of the rental. A rental confirmation will be provided upon receipt of the deposit and Rental Agreement. Reservations not paid in full by the due date are subject to cancellation.
Payment may be paid by check (US banks) or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA).
Guests are liable for damage to Villas (beyond what would be considered normal wear and tear). A valid credit card is required for a security deposit.
Other:
All Villas are non-smoking. Guests are asked to smoke outside.
No pets are allowed at any time.
All rentals require a Rental Agreement including mailing address and telephone number. At least one person in the rental party must be over age 25.
Maid service is provided pre-arrival and on checkout. For weekly rentals, a midweek service is included. Additional service is available. Some Villas include additional service (see individual Villa listing for included service).
Cancellation Policy:
Non-Holiday Dates:
Reservations may be cancelled up to 60 days prior to the start of the rental. The reservation deposit will be returned less a $250 (per Villa) processing fee. From 60 days prior to the start of the rental forward, rental payments will be refunded only if the Villa can be re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. This refund will be subject to a $250 processing fee (per Villa).
Holiday Dates:
Reservations are refundable at any time only if the Villa can be re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. This refund will be subject to a $500 processing fee (per Villa).
