Selecting Your Villa

Our primary goal at La Estancia Vacations is to be sure that you select the villa that is absolutely perfect for you and your family or friends. This area of the website provides the resources and information that are necessary for you to do just that.

Building Characteristics

As indicated by the site map, Villa La Estancia is composed of three connected buildings shaped in a U with the ends of Buildings 1 and 3 on the oceanfront.

Building 1 faces southwest, gets afternoon sun and has wonderful views of Land's End.

Building 2 faces south, gets morning sun and has stunning views of Land's End. The unique feature of the view from Building 2 is that you experience it from anywhere in the villa, not just from the terrace as is typical in Buildings 1 and 3.

Building 3 faces southeast, gets morning sun and has incredible ocean views. A small portion of Land's End is visible from some of the villas in Building 3.

Physical Location of the Villa

Each digit in the villa number (example, Villa 1507) is a key to locating where the villa is positioned within the resort. The first digit tells you which building the villa is in, the second indicates the floor that it is on, and the third and fourth digits tell you how many villas it is from the oceanfront.

That said, the key does not work for villas beginning with a 2 (example, Villa 2403). Most of those are in the center building (Building 2) and are all the same distance from the beach. Any villa beginning with a 2 and ending with 05 or 06 is actually in the back of Building 3. The site map will assist in identifying each villa’s location.
