La Estancia Vacations Inc. was founded in 2003 by Leslie and Bob Stafford. They first visited Cabo in 1994 and fell in love with the beautiful beaches, warm sunny weather and gracious people. They enjoyed many wonderful trips to Villa del Palmar and when Villa La Estancia opened, they were the first guests to stay there in December of 2001. They purchased a villa soon thereafter, and the company was born out of their desire to rent their own villa. La Estancia Vacations is the first and most established rental company at Villa La Estancia and offers a unique perspective from both the owner and guest point of view.
Malcolm and Vicki Barit, residents of West Palm Beach, Florida joined forces with Leslie and Bob in 2005. Prior to joining La Estancia Vacations, Malcolm served as chief operating officer for a successful villa rental company specializing in the Los Cabos area and Vicki worked as a marketing consultant. They have enjoyed many wonderful trips to Cabo over the past 9 years and regularly visit Villa La Estancia. They apply their passion for and first-hand knowledge of the area to helping guests plan that perfect vacation in Cabo.
Oscar Riveros heads our Guest Services division in Cabo. Born in Baja and raised in Los Cabos, his family has lived in the area for generations. After completing degrees in Business Administration and Graphic Arts, Oscar gained experience in property management, villa rental and guest services while working for an established villa rental and property management company. Since joining La Estancia Vacations, Oscar has developed a full range of services for our guests to ensure the best Cabo vacation ever. His first hand knowledge of Los Cabos is a unique benefit for our guests.
 Bonnie Schroeder is originally from Canada. Her love of travel first brought her to Cabo in 1996. After a 6 month vacation, she reluctantly went back to Canada, but returned to Cabo every year for vacation. She moved back to Cabo in 2002 where she has lived ever since, and helped launch a vacation rental and property management company. She has traveled Mexico extensively and, along with over 5 years experience helping guests plan the perfect vacation, has an indepth knowledge of Cabo and Mexico. Bonnie is located in our Cabo office and will help ensure your vacation will be one you'll never forget.

We only work with Villa La Estancia owners. We know the property intimately and listen to your needs and preferences. We help you to select the villa that will be best for you. We will also answer questions and provide advice on Cabo, weather, shopping, restaurants, activities, etc. If we don't know the answer, we'll help you find it.
Guaranteed Villa
Know which villa you will have before you arrive (we have photos of all of them). And, in busy seasons, be sure that you will really have a villa. All hotels overbook, so be careful in booking a general category and not a specific villa.
Learn Before You Book
Because there are still villas available for sale at Villa La Estancia, you will see the resort advertised on travel web sites such as Expedia, Orbitz,
Travelocity, etc. These online services offer confusing alternatives and you cannot talk to someone who really understands the resort. Talk to us first and we will be glad to help. We do not want you to be disappointed. Learn before you buy something not available when you book online through a general travel web site.
